城乡统筹视野下社区康复与体育康复结合的发展现状与对策研究

摘　　要：国家发展改革委员会正式批准重庆成为全国统筹城乡综合配套改革试验区。所谓城乡综合配套改革试验区就是缩小城乡的区别,最后都变化为社区。而中国社区中存在一个问题就是手术后恢复或残疾人的体育康复没有具体的实施,大多数人都是走出医院后自己康复,其实这是社区康复的一个重要步骤,讨论现阶段如何将社区康复与我们常见的体育康复有机的结合起来形成社区体育康复,满足患者的需要。The National Development and Reform Commission has formally approved Chongqing as the National Reform and Experimental Area of Comprehensive Complementation of Rural and Urban Areas as a whole.The aim to do so is to narrow the difference between urban and rural areas and finally to make all of them the community.However,in the communities,there is still a problem that the postoperative recovery and sports rehabilitation of handicapped have not been implemented specifically,most people recover by themselves after discharging from hospital;but in fact,this is a crucial step of community rehabilitation.This article mainly discusses how to organically combine community rehabilitation with the familiar sports rehabilitation to form into the community sports rehabilitation so an to meet the needs of patients.
