旅游饭店企业实施安全评价工作绩效现状分析——以福建省178家星级饭店为例

摘　　要：通过对福建省各地市的178家旅游饭店企业的调研,根据安全评价前各饭店企业的安全状况,安全评价过程中各饭店企业对其地址选择、运行方案调整情况、饭店企业对提出的安全对策措施的整改情况,安全评价后饭店企业在安全设施、安全管理水平、安全事故发生频率等方面的改进情况,得出饭店企业实施安全评价工作后的实际绩效,并指出目前福建省旅游饭店企业安全评价工作存在的一些问题,最后针对所存在的问题提出相应的对策措施。To further improve the safety assessment work and to learn the implementation situation of safety assessment in tourism hotel enterprises,178 tourism hotel enterprises from all sections of Fujian province were investigated.Based on the safety situation of those hotel enterprises before safety assessment,the project site selection situation,the process adjustment situation and the measure correction situation during tourism safety assessment,and the improvement situation in safety facilities,safety management ability and accident frequency after safety assessment,the actual performance of implementing safety assessment in hotel enterprises was obtained.Besides,current problems existing in safety assessment were pointed out and corresponding counter measures were presented in tourism hotel enterprises of Fujian province.
