摘  要:研究了HPVC/ABS塑料合金的性能。实验结果显示 :当HPVC/ABS为 70 / 3 0时 ,共混物的冲击性能得到极大的促进 ;而当HPVC/ABS为 5 0 / 5 0时 ,共混物拉伸强度高于其加和计算值 ,体现出协同效应。HPVC/ABS与NBR、CPE及增塑剂共混时 ,共混物的塑性和韧性得到增强 ,而强度下降。通过优化设计 ,得到了综合性能较好的一种塑料合金材料 ,其拉伸强度为 2 2 62MPa ,断裂伸长率为 2 46% ,撕裂强度为 70 2kN/m。The properties of HPVC/ABS plastics alloy were studied. The results showed that the impact strength of the alloy was greatly improved when HPVC/ABS ratio was 70∶30, and the tensile strength was above the calculation value when HPVC/ABS ratio was 50∶50,that means the synergistic action. When HPVC/ABS were blended with NBR,CPE or plasticizer,the plasticity and toughness of the blend was enhanced, but the strength was decreased.By means of optimization of design, a kind of plastics alloy with good comprehensive properties was prepared,and its tensile strength was 22.62MPa,elongation at break was 240%,tear strength was 70.2kN/m.
