摘　　要：目的证实紫茎泽兰全草毒性的存在。方法进行小鼠拌饲试验,以及家兔急性皮肤试验和眼刺激试验。结果结果表明:攻毒小鼠体重增长缓慢,大剂量攻毒对体重有显著性影响。紫茎泽兰对心、肝、脾、肺、肾有不同程度病理损害,对肝脏、肾脏有中等毒性,紫茎泽兰乙醇浸膏对家兔的皮肤和眼表现出轻度刺激性。结论紫茎泽兰全草对小鼠存在慢性毒性作用。Aim To prove the toxicity of the whole grass of Eupatorium adenophorum spreng. Methods The grass was fed with food on mice. Rabbit eye sensitivity test and acute skin irritation test were also done. Results It was shown that the growth of the weight of mice was slowed down and the large dose of the grass has great effect to the weight. Different degree histopathological damage by the grass on hearts, livers, spleens, lung and kidneys of mice was found and middle toxicity on livers and kidneys was found. Light thrill was found in rabbit eye sensitivity test and acute skin irritation test by ethanol-extracts. Conclusion Eupatorium adenophorum spreng has slow toxicity on mice.
