摘　　要：通过分析知识管理与知识地图的概念、关系,以及知识地图在知识管理中发挥的功能,提出高校图书馆应如何建立知识地图,并指出了构建知识地图时应注意的主要问题。Through analyzing ti^e concept of knowledge management and knowledge map, and the relationship between them, as well as the function of knowledge map performing in knowledge management, the author presents how the university library establishes a knowledge map, and points out the main problems which should be paid attention to in constructing the knowledge map.
