摘　　要：本文根据高校图书馆流通部存在的人员短缺和工作量增加的现状,以陕西科技大学图书馆为例,探索引入学生馆员制度的必要性和可取性。根据现有流通部馆员配备情况,勾勒出初步的人员分配方案,进而推动"以学生为本"这一服务理念的贯彻和落实。According to the phenomenons of personnel shortage and increased workload of circulation department in university library, the author explorates the necessity and feasibility of introducing student librarian into the circulation department of university library, taking Shaanxi Science and Technology University Library for instance. The author drafts out initial plans for post distribution according to the current manning situation of circulation department, and thus promotes the implementation of ＂student- oriented＂ service notion.
