浅析十堰农村道路交通安全问题及对策

摘　　要：随着十堰农村经济的发展,农村道路建设涌现出了一股热潮,这股热潮极大地活跃了十堰农村经济,但同时也给十堰农村道路交通安全带来了诸多问题,现状令人担忧。因此,从路面通行条件的改善,相关防护设施的建设,农村车辆和驾驶员的监督和管理,交通安全责任制的落实,农村客运市场的建设,交通安全宣传教育等方面入手,改善十堰农村道路交通安全的现状,从而规范十堰农村交通秩序,推进十堰农村交通的和谐发展。Along with the economy development in Shiyan rural area,an upsurge of rural road construction emerged,this upsurge enormously enlivens the rural economy,meanwhile it brings much trouble to the rural area traffic safety in Shiyan,Therefore,measures should be adopted,that is Improving the condition of pavement surface;constructing traffic safety facilities and rural passenger transportation markets;supervising and managing the vehicles and drives in rural area;implementing traffic safety responsibility system and traffic safety education in order to alleviate the current situation of traffic safety;restore traffic order and push forward harmonious traffic development in Shiyan rural area.
