摘　　要：船舶燃油污染是海洋环境污染损害的重要表现形式,为保证对船舶燃油污染损害及时得到合理的赔偿,我国已加入《燃油公约》。研究并明确该公约的适用范围,该公约的主要内容以及该公约下强制保险及《燃油证书》等问题,分析并明确公约在我国的适用以及强制保险的数额两个问题,具有十分迫切的理论与现实的意义。Bunker pollution damage from ships is the important manifestation of marine environment pollution.For the purpose to obtain the reasonable compensation promptly,China joined the international convention on civil liability for bunker oil pollution damage.It＇s of great significance for theory and the reality to study the applicable scope,the primary coverage,the compulsory insurance and the banker oil Certificate of this Convention.Meanwhile,this paper analysizes the application of the Convention in China and the amount of compulsory insurance.
