摘　　要：天津北疆发电厂"电水盐"模式是海洋领域发展循环经济理念的重大实践。本文围绕北疆电厂循环经济发展模式,探讨其对经济、社会以及环境保护的贡献,并提出推广该模式的建议。The ＂Electricity-Water-Salt＂ Mode of Beijiang Power Plant is an important practice for the development of marine circular economy. This paper is based on the circular economic model of Beijiang Power Plant, discusses the economic, social, and environmental benefits of it, and raises relevant suggestions on the extension of this model.
