不同生长年限人参地土壤微生物多样性研究初报

摘　　要：不同生长年限人参地土壤微生物多样性研究结果表明,随着人参生长年限的增加人参根际微生物（含拮抗微生物）种类和数量有增多的趋势,其中6年生人参地人参根际微生物（含拮抗微生物）数量最多,人参生长4~8年的人参地微生物（含拮抗微生物）种类基本趋向稳定;而人参收获后撂荒5年的人参地中微生物（含拮抗微生物）种类和数量有明显增加的趋势.Studiy of biodiversity of soil microorganisms in ginseng fields with different growing years of Ginseng were conducted. The results showed that species and quantities of rhizospheric microorganisms in eluding antagonistic microorganisms increased with increasing of growing years of ginseng. And the quanti ty of rhizospheric microorganisms including antagonistic microorganisms in the field with 6 years of ginseng was the most. Species of microorganisms including antagonistic microorganisms in the field with growing 4 to 8 years of ginseng kept stable. In the field abandoned 5 years after harvested ginseng, species and quan tities of microorganisms including antagonistic microorganisms showed an obvious increasing tendency.
