摘　　要：目的:研制胸部坐位X线摄影椅,解决腿部有病痛或年龄较大的患者胸部摄影中的实际问题。方法:胸部坐位摄影椅基于方便实用设计思路需要,用钢制材料制作而成,具有扶手能下放、后背能放平、能旋转升降等功能。结果:用此摄影椅的摄片图像与以前各种方法相比,运动模糊影减少,重摄率低,摄影速度快,患者舒适稳定。结论:该摄影椅是针对在平常大量行动不便、不能很好站立的患者胸部摄影实践中暴露的缺陷而专门设计的辅助摄影装置,具有结构简单、方便实用的特点,适合所有放射科使用,方便了患者和摄影工作人员。Objective To solve technical problems of chest radiography in patients with leg pain or aged patients.Methods A steel chair for chest radiography with seating position was developed,which could put down the arm support and chair-back,change direction and hoisting.Results Comparing with other methods,we got better images with motion blur reduced,lower rate of re-scan and higher speed.Patients felt comfortable.Conclusion The radiography chair is designed for patients who cannot stand well.We find it simple and useful.It can be used by the wholde radiologic department.
