摘　　要：目的:将医院现有的普通胃肠机进行数字化升级改造,使之能满足数字胃肠机的基本性能,提高临床诊断水平。方法:增加专用的CCD数字摄像机、自动光圈、设备控制单元和模块硬件以及专业的数字胃肠软件包等,对普通胃肠机进行升级改造。结果:经过升级改造,普通胃肠机性能基本达到了数字胃肠机的技术参数要求,操作简单、方便。结论:改善了普通胃肠机的局限性,扩充了其功能,明显提高了图像质量,满足了临床工作的实际需要,应用效果良好。Objective To upgrade common gastrointestinal machine to meet the basic performance requirements of digital gastrointestinal machine,thus to improve the clinical diagnosis.Methods Common gastrointestinal machine was upgraded by adding the dedicated CCD digital camera,increasing the number of device control units and hardware module,installing the professional software package of digital gastrointestinal machine.Results After the upgrade,the requirements of technical parameters of digital gastrointestinal machine were basically achieved,and it was very convenient and simple to control.Conclusion The upgrade improves the limitation and extends the function of common gastrointestinal machine,improves the quality of images,and also meets the requirements of clinic with good responses.
