摘　　要：目的:结合口腔专科医院的特点,介绍如何利用信息系统进行影像检查流程的改造,实现影像数据的数字化和共享。方法:建立从临床电子申请、影像科预约登记、排队检查、报告诊断、审核发片、临床调阅的电子化流程控制。结果:通过数字化的流程改造,提高了临床医生的工作效率和满意度,减少患者等待时间,减轻影像科技师、医生的工作量。结论:改造完成的PACS/RIS,既满足了口腔专科医院的工作需要,还能为医院创造更好的社会和经济效益。Objective To recast the imaging detection process with the use of medical image information system in order to achieve the precise image digitalization and the convenient image data sharing based on the features of dental hospitals.Methods Electronic-controlled process was set up including clinical electronic application,examining appointment,queuing,diagnoses reporting,calibration,image delivering,and clinical utilization.Results Though these digital approaches,we increased the clinical efficiency and satisfaction,reduced the waiting time of patients and allayed the workload of doctors and technician in phantom department.Conclusion The completing reconstructed PACS/RIS system has the advantages that not only meet the demands of dental hospitals,but also create better social and economic benefits.
