摘 要:目的:观察远红外线生物陶瓷治疗慢性腰肌劳损的疗效,分析作用机制。方法:63例慢性腰肌劳损患者分为中医手法推拿组(31例)和中医手法推拿+远红外生物陶瓷热敷组(32例),对两组治疗前后的临床症状、体征的改善进行比较观察。结果:远红外线生物陶瓷配合推拿手法在改善腰痛、腰部活动受限等方面有着显著作用(P<0.05)。结论:远红外线生物陶瓷治疗慢性腰肌劳损疗效可靠。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and mechanisms of far infrared bioceramics in the therapy of chronic lumbar muscle strain.Methods 63 patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain were divided into 2 groups.In group one,31 patients were treated with TCM massage alone.In group two,32 patients were treated with TCM massage and far infrared bioceramics fomentation.The clinical symptoms and signs of improvement of 2 groups before and after treatment were compared.Results Combination therapy of far infrared bioceramics and TCM massage shows significant effects on low back pain relief and waist activity limitation improvement(P0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of far infrared bioceramics in the therapy of chronic lumbar muscle strain is reliable.
