摘　　要：介绍了高频X线机DR升级方案的选择原则和需要考虑的主要因素,通过对不同平板探测器参数的调研分析,选择了适合某院自身特点的升级方案,达到了数字化升级的目的。高频X线机升级成DR后,满足了不同部位的摄片要求,理顺了原有的工作流程,延长了旧的大型设备的使用寿命,节省了医院的投入。This article presents the selected principles and major factors to consider the DR upgrade system based on X-ray equipment of high frequency.After investigating the parameters of different types of flat panel detector,we choose the upgrade program suited for our hospital and achieve the digital upgrading.Undoubtedly,it not only meets the requirements of beam deflection in different body parts and makes the workflow more reasonable,but also can prolong the service life of old large scale equipment thus cutting down the expenditures of our hospital.
