摘　　要：阐述了特种蛋白分析仪的检测原理,提出应用特种蛋白分析仪检测时有关临床样本采集、运输、保存和测定方法以及检验结果评价与解释等方面应该注意的问题,对特种蛋白分析仪正常参考值范围、验证方法、仪器校准及质量控制方法进行了介绍。The measurement principles and the main types of specific protein analyzer currently used in the clinical laboratories were illustrated in this paper.The related problems encountered in the collection,transportation and conservation methods of clinical specimen,the methodologies of the specimen determinations,and assessment and explanation of examination reports which should be pay special attentions in the laboratories were studied.The investigation and verification methods about normal reference ranges,the calibration and quality control method of the specific protein analyzer were also introduced in this paper.
