汞柱式血压计计量检测分析及汞泄漏问题讨论

摘　　要：目的:分析汞柱式血压计在计量检定过程中发现的故障和维修方法,强化汞泄漏防范意识和处理的方法,引导临床规范化操作。方法:统计分析本次检定的68台在用汞柱式血压计的检定记录和维修记录。结果:首次检测合格率仅为66%,维修后检测合格率为99%,总计补充汞185 g。结论:强化汞柱式血压计的维护和使用,确保测量的准确性;了解汞的特性及汞污染对人体的危害,掌握血压计汞泄漏的防范措施和处理方法。Objective Analyze the mercury column Sphygmomanometer＇s malfunction and maintain methods during the verification,Strengthen people＇s awareness of preventing Sphygmomanometer from mercury leakage and treat mercury leakage.And guide medical staffs to operate Sphygmomanometer rightly.Methods Statistic and analyze inspection records and maintenance records of the 68 mercury column Sphygmomanometers in this measurement.Results The Sphygmomanometers＇ pass rate of first detection was 66%,The Sphygmomanometers＇ pass rate was 99% after maintenance,Added 185 grams of mercury to these Sphygmomanometers altogether during the maintenance.Conclusion To strengthen medical staff＇s ability of the mercury column Sphygmomanometers＇ maintenance and use,To ensure accurancy of the measurement,To understand the characteristics and pollution on the health of the mercury,To grasp controlling measures and treating methods of mercury sphygmomanometers＇ leakage.
