强戒人员分离体验与冲动性的性别差异及与药物渴求的关系

摘　　要：目的:探讨强制隔离戒毒人员分离体验与冲动性的性别差异特点以及与药物渴求的关系。方法:运用分离体验量表,Barratt冲动量表中文版与药物渴求度量表对83名女性、48名男性强戒人员进行问卷调查和统计分析。结果:男性强戒人员冲动性水平显著高于女性(p<0.05);女性渴求度与冲动性及各个维度呈正相关(p<0.05);男性渴求度与注意力冲动性呈正相关(p<0.05);男女渴求度与分离体验呈正相关(p<0.05)。结论:强制隔离戒毒人员的心理特点存在性别差异,其分离体验与冲动性是药物渴求心理形成的重要因素。Objective： To investigate effect of dissociative experiences and impulsivity on drugs craving on patients with drug addiction.Methods： 83 cases of female patients with drug addiction and 48 cases of male patients with drug addiction were surveyed with Dissociative Experiences Scale（DES）,Barratt Impulsiveness Scale（BIS） Chinese Edition and Scale of Drug Craving.Results： The level of impulsivity on male patients significantly higher than impulsivity on drugs craving on male patients（p0.05）;impulsivity on female patients is positive correlation with drugs craving and the correlation is significant（p0.05）,attention impulsivity on male patients is positive correlation with drugs craving and the correlation is significant（p0.05）;the level of dissociative experiences of male and female patients is positive correlation with drugs craving and the correlation is significant（p0.05）.Conclusion：The dissociative experiences and impulsivity have an important impact on the formation of psychological craving drugs.
