摘　　要：举国体制是短道速滑项目竞技体制的主要形式。我国短道速滑项目在发展中依然存在着一些体制性缺陷。为了促进短道速滑项目的持续健康发展,应坚持举国体制,逐步推进短道速滑项目的职业化和大众化;建立起国家利益至上,多元利益主体的整合机制。The main form of the competitive system of the short-track speeding skating is the whole nation system.There is still shortcomings in the development of China＇s short-track speeding skating.To promote the development of this race,it is suggested to stick to the whole nation system and make it professional and popular gradually with the national interest first and integrate system of multiple interest parties.
