摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜小儿疝囊高位结扎术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的临床应用价值。方法采用腹腔镜小儿疝囊高位结扎术治疗46例小儿腹股沟斜疝,总结临床疗效。结果 46例手术全部成功,手术时间约为15～40分钟,平均20分钟。术后2～3天出院。仅1例术后阴囊积气。术后随访2周至28个月,无复发及阴囊水肿、切口下积血积液及感染等其他并发症发生。结论腹腔镜小儿疝囊高位结扎术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝手术时间及住院时间短,恢复快,安全性高,创伤小,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical value of laparoscopic operation of high ligation of hernial sac in children.Methods We summarized the method and clinical value of 46 cases of laparoscopic operation of high ligation of hernial sac.Results The operations were successfully accomplished in all the 46 patients.The operation time was 15～40（mean,20）minutes.The postoperative hospital stay was 2～3 days.There was a case with pneumatosis of scrotum.Forty-six patients were followed up for 2 weeks～28 months,recurrence and edema of scrotum,haematocele and fluidify of professional jargon,and infection were not found.Conclusions The laparoscopic operation of high ligation of hernial sac in children can be used safely and effectively with little injury and complication,rapid recovery,shorter operation time and hospital stay.It deserves to be popularized widely.
