摘　　要：采用苗前土壤处理和苗后茎叶处理,研究了不同剂量的30%咪草烟.广灭灵乳油防除春大豆田杂草田间药效,并检验其不同剂量下对大豆的安全性。结果表明：土壤处理适宜施用量为1.65~2.70 L.hm-2,在此剂量下对大豆安全,而茎叶处理适宜施用量为1.35~1.65 L.hm-2,在此剂量下对大豆安全。此药剂在茎叶处理使用时除草效果明显,用药量少于土壤处理所需量,能降低成本,节省开支。The efficacy trial of different doses of 30% Clomazone-Imazethapyr on weeds of soybean field was conducted and its safety to the soybean was inspected by the soil treatment before seedling and stem leaf processing after seedling.The result indicated that the suitable amount of soil processing was 1.65~2.70 L·hm-2,the soybean was security under the dosage,but suitable amount of stem leaf processing was 1.35~1.65 L·hm-2,the dosage was safe to soybean.Therefore,when the medicine used in stem leaf processing,the effect on removing weeds was obvious and the dosage was less than the soil treatment needs,it could reduce the cost and save the expenditure.
