摘　　要：以FPGA芯片为核心,通过USB串口与下位机通信,设计了一种通过电脑操作、FPGA控制的USB集成芯片测试仪。系统能对常用的TTL、CMOS系列集成电路作出准确快速的功能检查。着重介绍了测试仪的总体设计思路、硬件设计和部分软件设计。Communicating with lower computer through the USB serial ports with FPGA chip as the core,this paper designed a USB testing instrument for IC by computer-operated,which controlled by FPGA.The system can make function tests accurately and fastly in TTL and CMOS series IC frequently-used,mainly describing the overall design ideas of the testing instrument,the design of hardware and some software design.
