异丙酚在胃肠镜检查术中的麻醉效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察异丙酚在胃肠镜检查术中的麻醉效果。方法选择2007年12月至2010年12月在我院拟行胃肠镜检查的患者600例,检查前由麻醉师按1.5mg/kg缓慢静脉注射异丙酚,待患者睫毛反射消失,开始进行检查。记录患者检查前后血压、心率、血氧饱和度的变化及不良反应。检查结束后调查患者的满意度。结果异丙酚麻醉后行胃肠镜检查时,患者的收缩压、舒张压、心率、血氧饱和度由检查前的(130.5±22.8)mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa)、(73.6±12.7)mmHg、(85.5±10.2)次/min、(99.7±1.8)%下降到(110.2±20.3)mmHg、(63.5±11.1)mmHg、(74.5±8.8)次/min、(96.5±1.6)%(均P<0.05)。检查结束后2～10min恢复至用药前水平。未见明显的呼吸系统不良反应,患者满意度高。结论异丙酚麻醉胃肠镜检查是一种安全、有效的检查方法。Objective To observe the anesthetic effect of propofol during gastrointestinal endoscopy.Methods 600 patients were selected who planning to do gastroscopy from December 2007 to December 2010.Before the examination,propofol was slowly intravenous injected at 1.5 mg/kg.The inspection began until loss of eyelash reflex.The blood pressure,heart rate,oxygen saturation and adverse reactions were recorded before and after the inspection,patient satisfaction was surveyed after the inspection.Results The patient＇s systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,heart rate,oxygen saturation decreased from（130.5±22.8） mmHg,（73.6±12.7） mmHg,（85.5±10.2） times/min,（99.7±1.8）% to（110.2±20.3） mmHg,（63.5 ± 11.1） mmHg,（74.5±8.8） times/min,（96.5±1.6）%（all P0.05） in the gastroscopy examination after propofol anesthesia,and returned to the level before treatment after 2~10 min.No significant respiratory adverse reactions were observed.Patient satisfaction was high.Conclusion The gastrointestinal endoscopy examination with propofol anesthesia is safe,effective.
