低钾型周期性瘫痪伴肌酸激酶升高26例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨低钾型周期性瘫痪血清肌酸激酶(CK)水平与低血钾的关系。方法回顾性分析26例伴有CK水平升高的低钾型周期性瘫痪患者的临床和辅助检查资料,观察其血清CK水平与低血钾的关系。结果 26例患者的CK水平均有不同程度的升高,血清钾水平最低者(钾浓度<2.0mmol/L)CK水平升高最为明显。总体上CK水平与血清钾浓度呈负相关。结论部分低钾型周期性瘫痪患者确实可伴有血清CK水平的升高,特别以重度低血钾者为明显。Objective To explore the association between serum creatine kinase（CK） concentrations and low levels of serum potassium in patients with hypokalemic periodic paralysis（HOPP）.Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data and examination results was performed in 26 cases with HOPP complicated with elevated serum CK levels.The relationship between serum CK concentrations and low serum potassium levels was determined.Results Serum CK levels increased distinctly in all of the patients.A most significant elevated level of serum CK was found in the group with lowest serum potassium concentration 2.0 mmol/L.Overall,there emerged a negative association between the levels of serum potassium and serum CK.Conclusion Elevated levels of serum CK were definitely found in some patients with HOPP,especially in those with severe hypokalemia.
