海口市大园路两所私立幼儿园儿童蛲虫感染情况调查

摘　　要：目的了解海口市大园路私立幼儿园儿童感染蛲虫的情况。方法采用透明胶纸粘贴法。结果儿童蛲虫总感染率为42.86%,幼儿园、性别、年龄、籍贯的感染率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两所幼儿园蛲虫感染者中均以虫卵数≤5个/视野的儿童为主(P<0.05)。结论两所幼儿园蛲虫感染情况较严重,私立幼儿园园方应采取针对性防治措施。Objective To study Enterobius vermicularis infection of private nursery school on Dayuan road in Haikou.Methods Adopting cellophane tape to investigate the Enterobius vermicularis infection.Results The total infection rate was 42.86%,there was no difference in the infection rates among different schools,sexes,ages and native places.Conclusion The Enterobius vermicularis infection of two private nursery school children was correspond high.The regulator of schools should adopt some prevention and cure measures.
