渣油加氢原料脱钠离子研究

摘　　要：实验室和工业装置实验证明,伊朗、沙特等中东原油尽管含盐量不高,但脱除较困难。洛阳石化工程公司设备所开发了LY-AB复合型破乳剂及相应的工艺条件,经茂名石化公司四蒸馏装置使用,证明性能优于国内外同类产品,能确保渣油加氢原料二级脱盐至3mg/L,Na^+<lbtg/g的指标。Laboratory and commercial experiments demonstrated that it was rather difficult to remove the salts from the residue oil feed,although the Mid-east crudes like those in Iran and Saudi Arabia do not contain high amount of salts. But the LY-AB compound emulsion breaker and associated proess conditions developed by Petrochemical Research Institute of Luoyang Petrochemical Engineering Corporationhave changed the situation. The commercial trial of this emulsion breaker on No. 4 distillation unit of Maoming Petrochemical Company showed that all the performances were superior to those of the other breakers in China and abroad. The feed of residue oil hydroprocessing could be desalted to 3mg/L and Na+<1ug/g after two stage desalting.
