摘 要:机电引信水平转子隔爆机构发生故障时仍处于静态平衡,因此常用的动态特性仿真方法并不适用。分析了转子的受力状况后,指出产生故障的主要原因是簧片加载侧位销阻碍了转子的转动,改进方法是通过转子结构改进而优化其受力状况。理论分析及实验证明,改进后的转子能可靠的解除隔爆,提高了引信的工作可靠性。Explosion interruption mechanism with horizontal rotor is still in static balance when it is in malfunction, so common dy namic characteristic simulating method is not suitable for use. In this paper, after analyzing the loading conditions of rotor, it was pointed out that the primary reason of malfunction was that the spring-loaded side pin blocked the movement of rotor, herein the loading condition of rotor was improved by changing its structure. Theory analysis and experimental results show that the improved rotor can arm reliably, and the reliability of fuze is also improved.
