摘  要:采用胶束毛细管电动色谱法分离测定了人血清白蛋白和人免疫球蛋白。结果表明,人血清白蛋白和人免疫球蛋白样量在10~500μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.995 9~0.998 8,迁移时间和峰面积的相对标准偏差分别小于2.04%和4.62%,回收率在92.2%~108.7%之间。建立的方法在优化条件下,可在5 min内完成人血清白蛋白和人免疫球蛋白的分析测定。: Human serum albumin and human normal immunoglobulin were simultaneously separated and determined by micellar electrokinetic chromatography. Under the optimum conditions, the determination of human serum albumin and human normal immunoglobulin were completed in 5.0 min. The results indicate that the calibration curves exhibited good linear relationships over the tested concentration range of 10 -500 μg/mL. The relative standard deviation (RSD) for migration time and peak area of human serum albumin and human normal immunoglobulin are less than 2.04% and 4.62%, respectively. The recoveries of the analytes range from 92.2% to 108.7%. The method was successfully applied for the analysis of human serum albumin and human normal immunoglohulin in the patients' serums.
