摘　　要：针对St52-3直缝埋弧焊管用钢板出现的异常情况,采用低倍、金相、扫描电镜等手段进行了全面分析。结果表明,负偏析带内贝氏体组织和夹杂物导致钢板中心出现裂纹,从而产生质量缺陷。在实际操作中,通过提高钢液纯净度、轧制后缓冷等措施,可以有效地避免这一问题。According to the abnormalities of St52-3 steel used in straight slit submerged arc welding,comprehensive analysis were carried out through macroscopic examination,metallographic analysis,SEM spectrum analysis and so on.Results show that it is the bainite structure and impurities in negative segregation band that lead to centre burst and quality defects.In practical process,such methods as improving purity of molten steel and slow cooling after rolling can avoid the question effectively.
