摘　　要：详细介绍了双门室式锻造加热炉的结构,着重阐述了锻造炉的节能方式及效果。采用双层炉顶结构延长了换热器的使用寿命,缩短了空炉升温时间,延缓了炉顶耐火层剥离速度,降低了维修成本;炉衬采用磷酸盐耐火混凝土现浇;排烟系统采用余热利用装置,并设置烟气调压阀,使炉内压力可控;采用炉底多点排烟,此方案可使炉温均匀;燃烧系统采用自动控制。此炉型结构有利于生产和节能,改善劳动条件,减少大气污染,提高锻件质量。This paper introduced the structure of the double room type forging furnace,and emphatically expounds the way of energy-saving and effects about the forging furnace.Using structure of the double roof extended heat exchanger longevity,shorten the time of heating empty furnace,delayed the top speed of fire-resistant layer stripping and reduced maintenance cost,Furnace refractory use immediately pouring by Phosphates refractory concrete,Exhaust system using the device of the waste heat utilization,and set the gas pressure valve,made the pressure of furnace controlled,Using multipoint emissions smoke on the furnace bottom,this way can made temperature of furnace uniform,The combustion system adopts automatic control.This type structure do favor to the production and energy saving,improved labor conditions,reduce air pollution and improved quality of forgings.
