摘 要:介绍了一种环保型水基金属清洗剂,根据金属表面的特性和油污特征,优化复配了有机生物助洗剂、硼酸钠和复合表面活性剂等主要组分,并试验研究了各组分含量对清洗效率的影响规律。该清洗剂已在某大型车辆厂推广使用,它能代替碱性清洗剂和有机溶剂,有效地进行金属零部件的脱脂清洗、涂装和电镀的前处理,表现出优质、高效、环保等特点,具有实际应用前景。According to the characteristics of metal surface and smear,the proper complex surfactants and assistants were selected.Then on the basis of orthogonal and single factor experiments,whose target is the cleaning capacity,the water-base mental cleaning agent of environmental protection type is developed.The cleaning agent has been applied to clean a great deal of parts in a car shops,it can perform the preprocessing of doping and electroplating and the degreasing for mental parts effectively,which take the place of the alkali cleaning agent and the organic solvent.It has high quality and is efficient and environment-protected.Therefore,it has practical application outlook and its development is very significant.
