摘  要:研究纸浆酶、纤维素酶和碱性果胶酶复配前后对棉籽壳的降解效果。试验发现,碱性果胶酶稳定性差,单独使用,对棉籽壳无降解作用,棉籽壳在pH值11.0时的8%失重率,系碱性溶解所致;纤维素酶降解棉籽壳的效果最好;pH值6.0条件下,纤维素酶与纸浆酶复配后的棉籽壳失重率是单一纤维素酶的2倍,在pH值10.0时,3种酶复配后造成的失重率是纤维素酶的3倍;pH值9.0以下,双氧水对复配酶降解棉籽壳的影响不大。The effects of Pulpzyme ( mainly xylanase), cellulase, alkaline pectinase and their combined preparation on destruction of cottonseed hull are investigated. The results show that single pectinase doesn' t give any help to hull destruction because of its unstability at pH value 11. 0,the weight loss of cottonseed hull of 8% is completely from alkaline dissolving. Cellulase demonstrates the best capability on hull destruction among the three enzymes. The combination of cellulase and Pulpzyme leads to a 2-time higher weight loss of cottonseed hull than single cellulase does at pH value 6.0. At pH value 10. 0, combination of the three enzymes results in a 3-time higher weight loss than single cellulase does. The addition of hydrogen peroxide doesn' t influence the destruction of cottonseed hull very much under pH value 9.0.
