摘 要:为了提高棉织物的抗菌性能,采用带链烷基的聚季铵盐(HSDA-HTC)对棉织物进行整理,研究HSDA-HTC溶液及其整理后的棉织物的抗菌性能。试验结果表明,HSDA-HTC水溶液对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌具有良好的抗菌性能,随着HSDA-HTC质量浓度的增加,其抗菌性增加。当HSDA-HTC质量浓度为5 g/L时,整理后棉织物对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌率分别达98.93%和98.58%,且抗菌耐洗性良好。A quaternary ammonium compound (HSDA-HTC), modified by amino-terminated hyperbranched polymer (RSD), is applied to cotton fabrics in order to improve its antimicrobial property. The antimicrobial property of both HSDA-HTC and the treated cotton fabrics are tested. It is found that HSDA-HTC aqueous solution has excellent antimicrobial activity against Staphy- lococcus aureus (S. aures) and Escherichia coli (E. coli). And with the increase in HSDA-HTC, the antimicrobial property of the product is enhanced. Cotton fabrics finished with 5 g/L HSDA-HTC show higher antimicrobial effect, which is 98.93% to Staphylococcus aureus and 98.58% to Escherichia coli. The activity is maintained over 98% even after 50 cycles home laundering.
