摘　　要：针对新型涤纶超细纤维/醋酯异形纤维面料深染性较差,印制边缘轮廓不够清晰的问题,采用对涤纶和醋酸纤维具有相同上染性能的分散染料,开发出分散防染分散印花工艺。文中分析了印花工艺处方中染料、糊料、防染剂和皂洗剂的优选条件;提出了工艺操作的注意事项。结果表明,该工艺印制的花型精细度高、轮廓清晰,满足客户的要求。Owing to poor dyeing depth and sharpness of supermicro polyester/profiled acetate fiber blends, resist printing process with disperse dyes which have the similar dyeing behaviors is carried out. Factors influencing printing effects are ana- lyzed, such as dyes, thickeners, resisting agents, as well as soaping agents, matters needing attention are put forward. The prints have good sharpness and definition, which can meet the requirements of the customers.
