深圳市社区公园建设投资估算标准研究

摘　　要：文章通过收集、统计、分析深圳市2007年建设的104个社区公园的面积、总投资额等数据,从建设面积、建设单价两个方面总结归纳深圳市社区公园建设的单价特点及影响因素,提出经过修正的社区公园建设投资估算标准单价和总投资参考计算公式。This paper,through collecting,calculating,and analyzing the area size,the total amount of investment and other relevant data of the 104 community parks built in the city of Shenzhen in 2007,brings about the unit price features and determining factors on the construction of community parks from construction area and unit price.Furthermore,it proposes the revised estimated benchmark unit price on the construction of community parks and the referenced total investment formula.
