摘　　要：目前,行政问责制日渐完善,将问责制引入体育领域,探讨在体育领域内建立问责制的必要性和路径,对于解决体育领域内存在的很多不作为行为和领导决策失误等问题都具有重大的意义。Presently,accountability system in administration field is better than before,but it is a difficult problem that how accountability system is introduced into sports field.The paper discusses necessity and path of establishing accountability in sports field.The author thinks that it is good to settle many nonfeasance behaviors and decision-making by leader in sports field.
