摘　　要：卡林型金矿作为一种重要类型的金矿床,其众多成矿特征在地学界已达成共识,但在定名、成矿物质来源、有无矿源层、矿床成因诸问题上则争议颇大。通过分析前人资料,结合在滇黔桂"金三角"地区的找矿实践和思考认为:卡林型金矿本身不具有成因意义,不是成因类型,可定义为区带上集中分布的(超)微细、浸染、中低温热液矿床;卡林型金矿不存在严格意义上的"矿源层",特定的大地构造环境为卡林型金矿成矿提供了物质来源;金具有深源性,金与砷、锑、汞等的组合关系既有必然性,又有偶然性;卡林型金矿的形成是多因耦合的结果。Geologists have come to common points about metallogenic features of the important Carlin-type gold deposits.However,denomination of individual deposits,their ore-forming material source,the source bed and genesis are still controversial.Combined analysis of the previous data with ore prospecting practice in the ＂Gold-Triangle＂ area of Yunnan-Guizhou-Guangxi Provinces this paper puts forward that Carlin-type gold deposit itself has no genetic sense and can not be defined as a genetic type.It could be only defined as the zonally concentrated super-micro-disseminated meso-epi-hydrothermal gold deposits without strictly sensed source bed.Their specific tectonic environments may be endowed with ore-forming materials.Gold comes from deep source and inevitablly and incidentally correlates with As,Sb and Hg.Carlin gold deposits are the products of coupling of multi-factors.
