摘　　要：丝毛岭金矿床产于凤太矿集区的银母寺—八方山—八卦庙热水沉积盆地中,含矿围岩为泥盆系星红铺组斑点状铁白云质粉砂质千枚岩夹条带状大理岩化灰岩组成的细碎屑岩,矿床明显受区域NWW向脆-韧性剪切带控制,矿体定位于NWW向剪切带与NE向断裂带的交会部位;围岩蚀变主为黄铁绢英岩化蚀变组合,毒砂为重要的载金矿物。金矿床属热水沉积-再造型金矿床,为八卦庙与庞家河金矿的过渡类型。丝毛岭地区虽然成矿地质条件较为有利,但是由于热液期的叠加富集成矿的强度和广度相对较弱,致使丝毛岭金矿的规模偏小,只形成中-小型金矿床。Simaoling gold deposit is located in Yinmusi-Bafangshan-Baguamiao hot water sedimentary basin of the Fentai mineral occurrence clusted area.The gold deposit is hosted by fine clastic rock of Xinghongpu formation of Devonian Series.The clastic rock consists of spotted ferruginous dolomitic silty phyllite intercalated with marblized limestone.The gold deposit is controlled by brittle-ductile shear zone trending NWW and ore body occurs at intersection of shear zone trending NWW and fractural zone trending NE.Wall rock alteration is dominated by phyllic alteration.Arsenopyrite is the main gold carrier.The deposit is a reworked hot water sedimentary gold deposit,a transitional type from Baguamiao type to Pangjiahe type.Although Simaoling area is favorable in metllogenically geological condition scope and intensity of hydrothermal activity and ore element erichment is weak and only medium-small size Simaoling gold deposit is formed.
