摘　　要：焊材消耗定额统计计算是海洋石油钻井平台建造中焊接工艺设计的重要内容。本文对一种常见的管管相贯形式的焊接坡口建立几何模型,依据所得几何参数,建立焊缝体积积分模型,以实现对这一复杂的焊缝坡口的焊材计算。为满足多种形式的焊缝计算焊材消耗统计,利用该几何建模方式以及焊材计算形式,并运用DAO技术实现对Access的操作,设计焊材计算软件,以满足实际工程应用需求。Statistics of the dosage of welding materials played an important part in the welding process design in the construction of offshore oil drilling platform.Geometrical models of a common saddle-type intersecting welding groove were presented in this paper.According to the geometric parameters,the integration model for the welding volume was set up to realize the calculation of welding materials for the complicated welding groove.To satisfy the statistics of the dosage of welding materials for many types of welded joints,combined with the DAO database access technology,the modeling approach and calculation form was utilized to develop the welding materials calculation software for the practical engineering requirements.
