摘 要:利用3个直立穗型和3个弯曲穗型粳稻品种研究了两种不同穗型水稻穗上不同部位籽粒淀粉RVA谱特征的差异。研究结果表明,粳稻的穗型特征与品种间的淀粉RVA谱特征值高低、穗内不同部位间的变异及粒位顺序并无直接必然的联系。同一稻穗内不同粒位间的淀粉RVA谱特征值高低与其颖花在穗上的开花顺序有一定联系,两种穗型(直立和弯曲)品种都是一次枝梗上籽粒的淀粉粘滞特性优于二次枝梗上籽粒,穗上部籽粒的淀粉粘滞特性好于穗下部籽粒。品种的一次和二次枝梗与上部、中部和下部枝梗这两类粒位之间的互作对淀粉RVA谱特征值有显著影响。Under the field conditions,three japonica cultivars with erect panicle and three japonica cultivars with curved panicle were applied to compare the difference in RVA profile characteristics of rice grains at different positions in two different panicle type.Results indicated panicle types of japonica rice had no direct correlation with RVA profile characteristics of rice cultivars tested,difference of RVA profile characteristics in the grains at the different parts of panicle and order of its grain positions.The variation in RVA profile characteristics of grains at the different positions within a panicle was closely related to the flowering order of rice grains on the rachis branches.The similar trends of starch viscosity characteristics could be seen for two panicle type rice cultivars,in which starch viscosity characteristics for the grains on a primary branch and at top part were better than those on a secondary branch and at bottom part.The significant difference was found in RVA profile characteristics among grains located on different rachises(primary and secondary rachises) and panicle position,i.e.top,middle,and bottom in rice cultivars.
