用加氢裂化柴油研制防锈切削油

摘　　要：以炼油厂加氢裂化柴油为原料，通过常压蒸馏切割、加增粘剂和抗氧剂来提高闪点、粘度及氧化安定性，制得合格的基础油，然后添加适宜的防锈剂、油性剂、极压剂，制备了ＮＬＭ 防锈切削油，考察了添加剂的最佳添加量和复合使用效果，并根据小试配方进行了试验室放大。产品应用试验结果表明，ＮＬＭ 防锈切削油具有良好的防锈、润滑、冷却和渗透性能，可省去工序间操作，提高加工件的表面光洁度，延长刀具使用寿命，产品色浅无味，添加剂用量少，生产成本低。NLM rust preventive cutting oil was prepared by adding proper amount of rust preventive agent, oilness additive and extreme pressure additive into the base oil. The base oil was prepared by adding the viscosity improver and antioxidant into the hydrocracking diesel fraction for increasing the flash point, viscosity and oxidation stability. The optimum additive dosage and its complexing effect were investigated. The application result of NLM oil showed that it had the advantages of rust prevention, lubrication, cooling and penetrating performance, as well as simplifying the operation, increasing the surface brightness and prolonging the service life of cutting tool. The said oil has a light color and is odourless. The additive dosages were little and the production cost was low.
