摘　　要："医院管理软科学研究体系新模式"研究平台理论研究成果丰硕。其创新点较多,如前瞻性、理论性、实践性结织交融;研制出医德量化评价的4个表格等。此研究模式对研究医学伦理学、医学人文科学具有很好的作用,对提高医务人员职业素养、人文素养,促进医德医风根本好转具有较大的价值。The research on new research mode of soft science in hospital management has achieved plentiful resuits, including rich innovations, the interaction of perspectives, theories and practices, and the formation of 4 forms on the quantization appraisal of medical ethics. This novel research mode promotes the research on medical ethics and medical humanities, improves the professional and humanistic accomplishment of medical staff, and en- hance the medical ethics and ethos.
