摘  要:研究在碱胁迫下施入脱硫废弃物对油葵不同生育时期膜脂过氧化及抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明,施入脱硫废弃物后油葵根、叶丙二醛(MDA)含量和质膜相对透性与对照相比都有所降低,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性与对照相比都有不同程度的升高。由此推断,施入脱硫废弃物在一定程度上减缓了碱胁迫对油葵造成的伤害。The effects of desulphurized waste on lipid peroxidation and antioxidant enzyme activity under alkali stress of different growth period of oil sunflower were studied.The results showed that comparing with the control,MDA contents and membrane perability of the root and leaves decreased after added the desulphurized waste.However,the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD) and catalase(CAT) increased to some degree.It indicated that desulphurized waste alleviated the injury of oil sunflower under alkaloid stress to some degree.
