摘 要:[目的]探求回收利用废旧刨花板的方法。[方法]采用电加热炭化炉对杨木刨花板及杨木加热炭化,比较杨木刨花板和杨木在炭化热解过程中产物收率以及物理化学性质。[结果]由于受原料形态及刨花板中脲醛树脂胶的影响,杨木刨花板酢液的收率低于杨木酢液,pH高于杨木酢液。GC/MS成分分析结果表明,杨木刨花板酢液中存在较多含氮成分。[结论]杨木刨花板酢液中含有丰富的含氮物质,在农林生产中可以作为氮肥促进植物生长。[Objective] The research aimed to explore the methods of recycling waste particleboard.[Method] Carbonized poplar particleboard and poplar were treated with electric heating furnace.The yield of wood vinegar and difference between the physical and chemical properties in the carbonization process of poplar particleboard and poplar were compared.[Result] Poplar particleboard vinegar yield was lower than that of poplar vinegar and pH of poplar particleboard vinegar was higher than that of polar vinegar,which might be due to the different materials and the effects of UF adhesives.The gas chromatography and mass spectrometry analysis showed the existence of much N in the poplar particleboard vinegar.[Conclusion] Poplar particleboard vinegar was rich of substance with nitrogen,which could be used to promote the growth of plants as fertilizer nitrogen.
