摘 要:采用平板对峙培养法测定了哈茨木霉TH-1菌株对小麦纹枯病菌的抑制作用,并就其对小麦纹枯病的控制效果进行了室内杯播试验。结果表明:哈茨木霉TH-1菌株对小麦纹枯病菌菌丝生长有较强的抑制作用,抑制率达81.3%。在一定浓度范围内,哈茨木霉TH-1菌株的抑制作用随着孢子悬浮液浓度的降低逐渐降低。哈茨木霉TH-1菌株对小麦纹枯病有一定的控制作用,其中用哈茨木霉处理48 h后接种小麦纹枯病菌的防治效果最好,防效达74.0%。The inhibition of Trichoderma harzianum TH-1 against Rhizoctonia cereal and the control effect on sharp eye spot of wheat were studied by flat conforontation training.The results showed that the inhibition of T.harzianum TH-1 against R.cereal was strong,the inhibition rate was 81.3% in the solid cultural medium.The higher the concentrations of TH-1 conidia,the stronger the inhibition at a range of concentration of T.harzianum conidium suspension.In the tests of artificial inoculation,the highest control effect of T.harzianum on sharp eye spot of wheat was 74.0% While the wheat groats had been treated 48 h by T.harianum.
