摘 要:[目的]探讨雌雄小鼠之间存在的免疫差异。[方法]以8周龄的雌雄小鼠为研究对象,测量雌雄小鼠的胸腺和脾脏质量及其脏器指数的大小;通过HE染色观察雌雄小鼠胸腺和脾脏的组织形态学变化;利用流式细胞术分析胸腺和脾脏中CD3、CD4、CD8和CD19各淋巴细胞的百分含量。[结果]雌性小鼠的胸腺质量和胸腺指数均大于雄性小鼠(P<0.05);雌性小鼠的脾小体的形态结构比雄性小鼠更完整;雌性小鼠胸腺的CD4+CD8+双阳性细胞百分含量高于雄性小鼠(P<0.01),CD4-CD8-双阴性细胞百分含量低于雄性小鼠(P<0.05),CD4+和CD8+单阳性细胞百分含量明显低于雄性小鼠(P<0.01)。[结论]雌雄小鼠之间存在着免疫差异,特别是胸腺方面差异更明显。[Objective] The experiment was conducted to explore the immune differences between male and female mice.[Method] Taking eight weeks old female and male mice as study object,the weight and index of thymus and spleen were measured.HE staining and flow cytometry were performed to observe histomorphological changes and the percentage of CD3,CD4,CD8 and CD19 lymphocytes.[Result] The results showed that the weight and index of thymus of female mice were significantly larger than that of male mice(P0.05).The morphology structure of spleen in female mice was more complete than that in male mice.The percentages of CD4+CD8+ in the thymus in female mice were higher than that in male mice(P0.01).The percentages of CD4+CD8+ cell in male mice were fairly fewer than that in male mice(P0.05).The percentages of single lymphocyte CD4+CD8+ cell in male femice was obviously lower than that in the female mice(P0.01).[Conclusion] There were immune differences between male and female mice,and especially the differences in thymus aspects were more apparent.
