摘 要:为满足高量值的冲击响应谱试验需求,使用有限元仿真方法对一种可实现谐振响应的夹具进行动态特性设计,分析其在瞬态激励作用下的冲击响应谱,根据仿真计算结果反复修正设计模型使其满足设计要求,并通过真实试验验证仿真设计结果。研究表明:振动台使用该谐振夹具可获得一定量值的谐振响应,可实现较高量值的冲击响应谱规范。研究结果对设计该类谐振响应夹具、提高振动台试验设备的冲击试验能力具有一定的指导作用。Dynamic characteristics of a resonant fixture were designed to meet relatively higher Shock Response Spectrum(SRS) testing on an electrodynamic shaker by finite element method(FEM),and the SRS of fixture under a shock was computed.The model was modified to meet the requirements of fixture by the analyzed result repeatedly.Finally,the simulation was validated by tests.The study showed that the shaker could get higher response and achieve higher SRS test level by the means of the fixture.The research could give guidance to design a resonant fixture and improve the equipment capacity.
