摘　　要：引入生态旅游能力建设概念,通过分析喀纳斯自然保护区社区参与生态旅游的开发现状和对社区居民参与生态旅游开发的态度与行为的调研,提出应加强教育培训和引导、倡导社区共管机制,提高保护区的生态旅游能力建设。The concept of ecotourism capacity building was introduced.Through the analysis of the present situation of ecotourism development in Kanas natural reserve on the basis of community participation,and the investigation of the residents＇ participatory attitudes and behaviors,it was proposed to strengthen the educational training and guidance,to carry out community co-management mechanism,and to enhance the ecotourism capacity building.
