关于非政府组织参与新型农村合作医疗制度发展的模式探讨

摘　　要：从新型农村合作医疗制度的推行现状入手,对近年来新型农村合作医疗制度在推行过程中存在的问题进行分析,探讨了引入非政府组织介入新农合的独特优势,构建了非政府组织参与新型农村合作医疗制度发展的模式,以期提高新农村建设背景下农民的医疗保障水平。Starting from the operating status of new rural cooperative medical system,the existing problems were analyzed,the advantages of introducing non-governmental organization into new rural cooperative medical system were discussed,and the mode was constructed,so as to improve medical security level of peasants under the background of new rural construction.
