摘　　要：通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计分析法对湖南10所高校高水平运动队"执行力"现状进行比较研究,在现有的执行力理论的基础上,比较被试者性别、校别、身份、项目等不同社会学变量之间对高校高水平运动队执行力的影响因素。By means of documentary,interview,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,the author had analyzed the ＂executive ability＂ of the high level athlete team in colleges in Hunan and had made a comparison on the sociological variables such as gender,varied school,position and event of the testees which can influence the executive ability of the high level athlete teams in colleges.
